And his new world view has been shape...。这是一档介绍住在中国的外国人和住在日本的中国人的旅行式纪录片。由主持人阿部力或者导演竹内亮，带着观众们去拜访住在各地的主人公，了解他们的生活，找寻他们选择住在这里的理由。为了变得更强而正在旅行的少年钢银河，在偶然的机会下帮助并认识了同样热爱战斗陀螺的小学生汤宫健太。此后两人以战斗陀螺为缘由不断认识着更多的朋友与敌人，共同体验着陀螺对战带来的各种乐趣与磨练，并逐渐成长起来。。
