Then one September night, soldiers in the valley mysteriousl...。憲法改正を経て国防軍が創設され、およそ2年後に東京オリンピックを控える2017年12月30日。巨大なゴミ処理工場に、1匹の犬が迷い込んでしまう。事務のタニちゃん（谷口蘭）が犬を捜し回る中、非番のゴウ（嶺豪一）とテレビゲームに興じる夜勤明けのケン（稲葉雄介）、なぜか帰宅しない足立さん（足立智充）、新年の飾り付けに奔走するヤナさん（原田浩二）と、ほかの者たちは思い思いに過ごしている。。
